My vodacom data experience

I am unfortunately the user of a Vodacom 3G card and cellphone. The data service of Vodacom in my area is extremely slow. I stay in the Centurion (Gauteng) area but even when travel its the same problem. My web pages keep timing out. I feel like Im paying for a service I am not receiving fully. The signal is even poor as well and my devices always randomly switchs between 2G, 3G, 3, 5G in 5 second intervals. My colleagues in the area also have the same problem with Vodacom. Please can something be done about this as it is very frustrating and becoming quite annoying.
