I upgraded my phones so I got the delivery today 16 july 2013 and when I got home I just found that both phones use the micro sim and I was only given one sim. Then I inserted one micro sim and when I called cell c for activation the first consultant transferred me to the technical department, then the guy from the technical department transferred me to another department, then the lady in the other department transferred me to the upgrade department after I explained the same story to the upgrade department lady she then told me that she can't help me I must call tomorrow because they only do it during office hours

Now my problem is that if these guys only do activations during office hours then why was I transferred to 5 departments only to be told that I should call the following day. And when did this change because when I got my previous phone my phone was activated the same day and It was after office hours.

I am very disappointed and I think they. Should change their Moto to the power is in our hands not yours
