Dear Sir/Madam,
I upgraded to change from my legacy Cellular contract to the Straight-Up contract. Then received the Nokia Lumia 520. When I wanted to insert my sim card from the current phone, I realised that I required a micro sim card. This was never delivered with my new Lumia 520.
So I logged a call and requested the micro sim card on Monday, 25 November 2013 (yes, November).
As at present, 17h00 on Thursday 5 December 2013 (yes December) and after numerous attempts to try and obtain the status of the delivery, I still am without a micro sim card and not able to use the new phone!!
The only feedback thus far is that it is being couriered, but that is from the main call centre - once you mange to get through!
This is unreasonable don't you think?
I think so!
While I am waiting, you may as well add a phone cover for the delay!
