Please don't upgrade with cell c

Cell c phoned me to find out if I want to upgrade my cell c contract. I said yes please. They offered me the new samsung galaxy 4 for R389 a mounts. I took the contracted as I had a blackberry that i cost me R500 a month. The delivered the new phone 3 days later and phoned them to do a sim swap as it has a micro sim. They did the sim swap and 2 days later it was done not like they say between 2 to 24 hours. I tried to make a phone call and it said I have to load money to make a call. They said I have used up my R600 on the phone. So I said but the data I should still be abel to use. They said no as you are paying for data. Then after that they tell me my new contract will only start on 16 May and will pay for my old contract until then. So why do they phone me and say we offer you a upgrade but can't use any of the new things for 4 months. I phoned cell c call center and they say that is how it works. I then went to a front office in cresta and they told me that if I went to them the new contract would have started the same day. So we have 2 cell c in one bus. Then I told them please come and collect the new phone and will go to the front office to upgrade. But must pay to swap sim
