In January this year I upgraded from a Blackberry phone and package to the new Apple iPhone 5 and a corresponding smartphone package. The sim card had to be changed as well.
I now find that I am being charged R59.00 a month from February 2013 to May 2013. Surely the sales consultants at the Vodacom stores know that the Blackberry BIS is not applicable to and not valid on the Apple iPhone. They can't be such.
