I upgraded two months ago from a Blackberry to an iPhone package. This was done in-store, and we went through all the details, including a confirmation that I would no longer be charged for the Blackberry service once the iPhone package officially started at the end of the month.
I logged a call with Vodacom about this on the 9th April, for which I have an automated response reference number. I did this just to be sure they wouldn't charge for it again.
After two months and no active response from Vodacom, they are still charging for the Blackberry service.
