In March 2012 I upgraded my blackberry contract to an Iphone talk 120s contract.
A year later they still charge me R59.00 per month for Blackberry service.
How do you operate?
Are your people too incompetent to cancel service not required when getting a new contract with a new phone and complete new package?
This happens if you don't care what you do and the client has to pay for your incompetence.
