I've been a MTN customer for the last 15 years. In January 2013 I changed from Blackberry to iPhone, I called MTN insurance in January to change my insurance from Blackberry to iPhone. I've been paying my insurance every month AND a phone bill of not less than R1, 500.00 a month. I want to claim insurance and they still have me on Blackberry after calling several times to have my insurance changed. Now apparently they have lost the call records. They refuse to pay out!!
Can somebody please contact me urgently to sort this out because the call center is just passing the buck.
