I upgraded a couple months ago from Iphone 4 to I phone 5. I recently checked my bill and discovered that I am being charged Blackberry BIS on an Iphone 5. I contacted the call centre they agreed to discontinue it but refused to give me a refund. WTH its common sense not to charge customers BIS on I phone this is day light . they said they don't discontinue reason being is that we as customers sometime give the sim card to people with black berry to use. I want my refund and I want it now. as for the service VODACOM
