Wrongfully Billed on my April 2013 Account

On the 4 march i received my upgrade phone (samsung galaxy s3) and the consultant that took me thru the upgrade over the telephone failed to advise me that i have to take a data bundle with the phone as my open calls line bill will be blown out of proportion. my am currently on a blackberry contract of R199 and my new contract only takes effect end of June with my data bundle. during the month of april i checked my phone bill and it was at a ridiculous amount of R1149.83. at this point i had noticed that my phone was automatically redownloading the same apps over and over again without asking to upgrade any apps, during the day while at work my phone runs on wifi and is only active from 5pm when im on my way home. i at the same time took out a secondary contract line for a laptop & dongle as i started varsity and needed it for research, the laptop i received on the 5 march as my first assignment was due on 6 march, this is after waiting a WHOLE MONTH for the laptop which i placed an order for in Feb 13. on the 1st april i had to drive from mitchell's plain cape town to durban will only to hear the phones settings in incorrect and I AM STILL WAITING ON CELLC TO CALL ME!!!
