Rolling Eyes & Arguing

On Thursday 02.05.13 I went an applied for a new contract through MTN - I unfortunately did not have the correct bank statement required, however I filled and signed all the necessary documents required.

On Sunday 05.05.13 I went and dropped off the correct 3 month bank statement with the branch. At the time Rivishka was not working and passed the documents onto a work colleague who promised to hand it over to Rivishka on Monday

On Thursday 09.05.13 I decided to go into the branch to see what is taking so long for the application to go through and why I havent heard a word from anyone at MTN.

Rivisha was giving a long list of excuses of this person wasnt at work bla bla bla... I tried to tell her I am not interested in hearing excuses and that her communcation is pathetic and she rudely kept interupping me and rolling her eyes!

This attitude is leaving a very bad impression and makes me question if I really want to deal with this attitude for the next 24 months.

I was promised by a so-called "manager" that he would follow up with my application first thing in the morning - I still have not heard a word!
