Operators have no clue

Long story short, I applied for a personal loan 2014-1-7, I sent through ALL required documents immediately after.

Every time I call the loans dept to inquire about my application, they tell me that the documents are still outstanding, I have sent through everything 3 times already, I called again just now and was told the same thing,

I am not an impatient person, but I would like to know why the application is taking so long, it clearly isn't because of outstanding documents, so please get someone to call me and explain to me what the real issue is.
