Intec not delivering on promises / bad attitude

I enrolled for a course with Intec and submitted all required forms, documentation and proof of payment (in full) on the 29'th of November. I was promised delivery of my study material within 21 DAYS (not WORKING days, have email proof stating this). As it turns out, Intec only processed my application 2 weeks later and now say that it is 21 WORKING days from 12 Dec, bearing in mind all the public holidays that it now falls within. Customer care was not interested in helping me and am still waiting for a supervisor to call me back (since 12'th Dec). There was a definite attitude of "this is how our systems work, cannot be bypassed, and do not validate what their employees commit to". It is now Jan 7'th and still no study material, I was hoping to utilize my holiday to getting a head start on my studies. I heard all types of excuses as to why my application was not processed immediately & a lot of passing the buck. I realize that mistakes happen, but it's how we correct them that makes a lasting difference with a hopefully long term client. I have found Intec's response to be uncompromising & uninterested. If I ran my business this way, I would swiftly be out of business.
