Please can somebody help me. I am tired of this guy now. I complaint about the service Vincent Hart is giving us. The guy has not delivered yet. I can't believe that my applications of June2013 it has not been done yet. Excuses after excuses why. Please can someone do something about Vincent Hart clearly the guy cannot cope with the job he is currently doing. How come I provided Vincent with all necessary documents and he still has not done my application yet. FNB will you ever help your customer in times of need. I provided the guy with the documents and he only return to me today say he is off sick why did he not do my long application first and then he can go to sick leave as he claim. So for how long should I wait before I get helped. As you long time customer is this the treatment I am getting. Can someone help me please. I cannot explain my anger.
