On 24 October 2013, I spoke to Sharon re: a loan application, she asked me to email the necessary documents. She later called to say that the loan was approved & I should come & sign the loan documents & bring original documents. On 26 October 2013 I went to sign the documents BUT I was told by Sello that my documents were incomplete & I needed to get another bank statement that reflects my October salary & I needed to have it stamped. I got the statement as requested but the bank was already closed, so I couldn't stamp it. I went back to the branch and Sello told me that he couldnt assist me as a stamped document was required & I should come back on Monday; I told him I'd be working & it was not my fault that Sharon had not processed the documents properly. His colleague adviced him to process the loan & then asked me to email the stamped bank statement on Monday. I signed the loan documents and left. Today I emailed the documents as requested & called to check if they had received them. Sharon answered the phone & gave me a bad attitude because her colleagues told her that I said she "didn't do her job properly". When I asked to speak to the branch manager she said it was herself!
