Statement sent to someone else

I was quite shocked to receive an email in my inbox from someone who said they received my credit card statement by mistake. I thought this might be a but upon calling the call centre I was told that oops they had a system error. They will investigate. i have not yet received any real feedback about this. I am really upset because if the person did not send my statement to me I would not have know. How many times has this happened in the past. the statement contains information like my postal addess my name and my account number on it. You hear a lot about identity these days. It makes me worry about the security of the FNB system.
