I use to receive my statements via email and suddenly it stopped and every month I have to call Nashua to get the statement emailed to me, I don't know who changed it and where did they get the permission to change it. I have itemized billing but when I call and they email just a statement only with the total due inspite of me paying for it. This is just a warning to Nashua I'm not going 2 call them anymore for the statement and they soft lock me as I don't care anymore. I'm calling each an every month from overseas wasting my money so that this lazy people can send me my statement. If they dare blacklist me I will take them to the cleaners as I have all the communications starting from the 1st of May this requesting them to email me statements and I have the names of all the people I spoke to. Consider this as a warning and in September if they can't email me the statement there won't be any payment from my side. They must also tell Motsie, Percy Manhire and Baatile that I'm still waiting for the itemized billing statement. The last time I received my statement it was in April and my younger brother back home he told me that all me that my statements are being sent to the house.
