Statement not being sent to me

I have contacted several times to get a fund statements from Alexander Forbes.

My first correspondence was on the 3rd of April. My initial phone call sent me from department to department. Nobody was able to tell me which Preservation Fund my portfolio was with. I was then told to email the request through. I did so on the 3rd of April.

By the 5th of April, I had heard nothing back. I then emailed again and contacted Alexander Forbes. I was sent to a contact centre consultant who told me I must log onto AForbes online in order to get my statement. I proceeded to tell the consultant I didn't have access to AForbes online at that moment and he must please email me the statement. He said he could not do this and then forwarded my call to another department who proceeded to drop the line. I called again (third call) and spoke to a gentlemen in thecorrect Preservation fund department. He said he would email the statement within the hour. That was Friday at 11:00. It is now Monday and I still have not received a statement.

I cannot understand why it is so difficult to sent me a statement on my portfolio. Please can anybody just call me to give me my statment!
