NOT GIVING ME WHAT I SIGNED FOR

I UPGRADED MY MTN CONTRACT ON THE 16TH OF APRIL AT THE SCOTTBURGH MTN. I OPTED FOR THE BLACKBERRY Z10. (CONTACT INCLUDING; 500MB, R500 TALK TIME, 500 SMSES, R60 MTN TO MTN TALK TIME). I WAS TOLD MY NEW CONTRACT WOULD COME INTO EFFECT ON THE 21ST OF APRIL. IT NEVER DID. ALL I GOT WAS THE 500MB AND 50 SMSES. MY FIRST CALL WAS LOGGED TO MTN ON THE 7TH OF MAY AND SINCE THEN HAVE HAD A NUMBER OF CALLS LOGGED FOR WHICH I HAVE REFERENCE NUMBERS. I HAVE BEEN BULL DUSTED ALL THE WAY IN THAT I KEEP BEING TOLD I WILL BE CREDITED WHICH OFCOURSE HAS NEVER HAPPENED, AS WELL AS TO THIS DAY I HAVE TO RECEIVED WHAT I SIGNED FOR WHICH OBVIOUSLY IS BECOMING A COSTLY EXCERCISE. I HAVE BEEN TO THE MTN SCOTTBURGH BRANCH TWICE WHERE I HAVE BEEN ASSISTED BY NIRDOSH WHO HAS BEEN THE ONLY ONE TO TRY AND HELP, YET HE TOO IS JUST RUNNING INTO A BRICK WALL. WE HAVE EMAILS AND REFERENCE NUMBERS TO SUBSTANTIATE THIS PROBLEM.
AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, AFTER 13 YEARS OF BEING AN MTN CLIENT, I AM BEING ROBBED AS THERE IS A REASON THAT I CHOSE THE PACKAGE THAT I DID AND NOW ALL THAT IS HAPPENING IS IT IS COSTING ME MONEY.
