I moved to a new address. Phoned telkom to have the line transferred and the old one cancelled, never happened. That was beginning of July 2013. Line was installed at the new premises. Mid August I received my statement almost R2000. What a load of!!! Went into telkom direct silverton to find out what is going on. Got back to work received a message with a reference. I saw that she got the new address wrong after i repeated numerous times. I phoned back to correct it. End August I received my statement, again almost R2000. Checked why, the old line has not been taken off my account. I repeated the whole process with the useless people, and then i was assured everything was ok, and they are going to credit me for that old line. I never received a statement for september. Today received a sms my account is in arrears with R780. Went to telkom again. Old line was still not sorted. Then they told me that the 780 is for pro rata which i did not know about. So after today im done with these useless people. they are quick to sell you stuff but never gives a great service. Im seriously disappointed. A big company like them having such service. bad bad
