Good Morning FNB Team,

I've recently attempted applying for Vehicle finance, however due to an error on my statement, I am finding it very difficult to explain without official correspondence from my bank

While going through my April statement, it was picked up that on the 24th of April an unsuccessful debit order of R827.24 occurred. This is an error however as this debit order was only scheduled to go off on the 25th of April which it later did.

This error has happened a few times, in Feb 2013 and March 2013.

After browsing through Hellopeter.com I have seen that it was a common occurrence that seems to be a banking error.

Can this kindly be rectified on my account and statement history, and/or can an official email, or letter be emailed to me explaining that it is an error on the banks part so that I may forward this to my vehicle finance team.

I kindly requested this to be done ASAP, as I have a pending finance deal waiting on this.
