After moving to a new location Telkom neglected to inform me to make my a ADSL line to use for internet. Now after struggeling to get them to come out they do not want to assist me in changing to a ADSL line blaming it on the system and each consultant giving me a different excuse. This is very poor service and is unexceptable.
