Last year in September I received my monthly statement, usually I don't check my statement, I only check the amount that i have to pay. I decided to go through my statement only to find out that they are charging me for the airtime subscription that I did not apply for, so now i decided to check the previous statements as well and I found out they have been charging the airtime money from the beginning of April.
I called them to cancel this and refund the money to my account for the past 5 months, they said they will do that, in October I checked the statement again and found out that they have refunded the money but only for one month, in the same October statement they charged me the same amount of money again.
It didn't't end there, in January this year they are still doing the same thing, They don't want to refund my money, I have no Idea how many times I have been calling them to rectify this issue. Last week i called and the consultant I spoke to said the money has been paid back to my account. Today I am receiving the statement for month of February and the refund is not reflecting.
I do not know what to do anymore
