On 14 April, I upgraded my sons cellular contract. A sim swop was needed because the new phone uses a micro sim. Firstly they forgot to capture the change, so we had to return. Finally they got that fixed two days later. BUT the sim does not receive or make calls. It allows texts and whatsup,
but no calls. I have called technical support - Lerato promised to have the technical staff fix it, but then hung up on me. Since the 29th I have been dealing with Thembeka who promised to get teh technical department to call me, then escalated the problem to CIC (Whoever they are) but they never contact me or my son and the sim still cannot make calls.
