I have been having a problem receiving calls on Iphone for over 3 months, a person calls once and it rings once and goes to busy and you have to call a 2nd time immediately afterwards to get through. The number is not busy so I reported the problem. We did a sim swop which cost me money, I swopped Iphones to check if it was a problem with the phone which it wasn't. I took the phone in to a Vodacom branch and they couldn't sort out the problem. I have called the vodacom call centre many times, they have tried many things but the problem has still not been solved. I called on Friday the 25th Jan to report the problem had still not been resolved, but I have still not received any feedback. As far as I am concerned this is a breach of contract as I cannot receive calls properly, and as I am running freelance business and my phone is my business, my customers cannot get through to me! I have had to get another phone and number from mtn just so my customers can get hold of me. Here are the reference numbers I was given: S3-SE-41F-F-1Z66 and S3-SFK3-D-DYYQD.
