I received my new upgrade phone 3 days ago and had to do a sim swop to a new micro sim.
3 days, 7 phone calls and 3 logged cases down the line and I'm still waiting and cant use my new phone. What kind of technical problem persists 3 days??? This is unacceptable.
The call centre agents keep on logging a request to activate the sim (Or so they tell me) but apparently they have been having technical difficulties the past 3 days. What a load of!!!
This morning 2 agents cut the line after asking to speak to a supervisor.
All I want is for my phone to be activated, but CellC is so incompetent that they cannot sort out a technical issue in 3 days!!!
