I am still waiting for Cell C Technical department to advise why my sons phone has now not worked for 3 weeks 24-48 / tomorrow I am not sure that Cell C know what that means, they have no answers read your e-mails and dont even respond.
My sons phone is still saying "no Service" 3 weeks later, have asked for feedback back get none, advise them that I want a credit for the month of May as phone has not worked still no response asked if they cannot get the phone to work to cancel the contract so that I can go to another service provider at there cost still no response.
My phone due for an upgrade but guess what not going to happen will be cancelling instead, so there ad swop Cell C for better rates and service, that is really false advertising, your calls are cheaper because you cant make any.
