Useless Service

I took out a contract with mtn on 24.04.2013. Due to the bad service Vodacom gave me I decided to go to mtn to get better service, the best part is that mtn is even more useless and technical department is non-existing. Since day one of my contract I've been unable to receive incoming calls from cell c and vodacom. I have been phoning mtn call centre and technical department for a month now with the following reference numbers: 100431015 ; 00003616280 ; 100488683 ; 100531508. This is apart from all the calls i made without asking a reference number. Up until now nothing have been resolved. I am so exhausted trying to resolve a problem on mtn side. I am paying for n service witch I am not receiving. I feel hopeless and that I am being robbed. Not happy with the service I am receiving and paying for something thats not working. Mtn is advertising a service which they cannot offer!!! Ridiculous!!!
