I bought a 60 60 data prepaid plan awhile ago.
Over time I made sure I did all my downloading and excess surfing of videos, you tube, etc etc after 11pm as it comes off your FREE "Night Surfer" time.
Recently, I went onto self service and found I only had very, very few GB left and an a enormous amount of night time GB left.
I contacted customer service on the IM chat on the 8ta page, the consultant told me that because I didnt reboot my net logon after 11pm, I was charged at "Anytime rate"
I asked him to show me where, in the "Terms and Conditions", that its stated as that, he said thats its "NOT STATED" and cut off the conversation abruptly.
I have been trying to resolve this problem without response, I cannot get a manager on the line, no one returns my calls, no emails are replied to, I have no reference number to contact the Ombudsman etc etc
I feel an important fact like that should at least be in the terms and conditions.

I feel its 8ta's job to monitor my usage and determine when its paid "Anytime" data usage and FREE "Nigh Surfer" usage, am I right?
