No response/assistance in cancelling cell contract

I emailed vodacom on 2 April and then spoke to one of their cancellation agents by calling the cancellation line. She mentioned she would email me details on how to cancel my one contract as I have recently taken out another contract. I took out this contract end May 2011 (at 22 months) and took out the current contract for the subsequent 24 months (as per the information given to me), which means the 24 months is up end of May. Again I emailed Vodacom on their website enquiry form on 9 April and have not heard anything further.

Please can someone from Vodacom, who can help, contact me by phone or email urgently as I would like to cancel my number by the end of this month
