I would like to Compliment Alicia for the freindly service and efficient response to my problem, I experienced a problem with my cellphone account in the past and had to resort to Hello peter to complain about the bad service you get with the call centre.
Today however I would like to say THANK YOU ALICIA, your level of service is from another world, I struggled to get hold of the call centre on 0741000123, but after I made contact you certainly gave me the best service i can ever imagine from Virgin.
