I seriously have an issue with Virgin all my complaints on Hello Peter is about Virgin! and I am not a person who likes to complain unless I feel its necessary, last week saturday I went to Clearwater mall to ask the lady if I can change my virgin contract number to my Virgin prepaid number I believe its called number swap or something, and she made me fill in the forms and said she will send the away and give me a call within 24 hours to let me know if it can be done or not, if they can do it it would take 7 working days, so for the entire week last week no word from anyone. I went to Virgin again this past Sunday just to find the same lady there who told me "Oh I am bad aren't I, I did not forget about you, I sent your papers through and I promise to give you a call on Tuesday or I will ask the lady working to give you a call but someone will give you a call with feedback". Guess what today is Thursday no one phoned me, no surprises there for me
