I have to compliment Wimpy in Bedford Centre for hiring Alicia. she is the best waitress on this planet. Myself and the family have this little tradition, when we do our shopping at Bedford centre we also have lunch at Bedford, i think we have tried almost every place but we ended up settling on Wimpy and for two reasons 1) good food and 2) Alicia.
we have been going to Wimpy for just over a year now for those two reasons, and each time we go to Wimpy we are served by Alicia, and each time we have had flawless service, she has served us for so long that she already knows what our order is and usually has a table with our drinks ready just before we get to Wimpy. she knows exactly when to bring our refils etc. and due to the geat service we always give her a generous tip (more than the usual 10% of the bill) and i can say that she totally deserves it.
she takes her job seriously provides the best service but she is also always so friendly and well polite.
please ensure that this gets to her. she really is wonderful and i can honestly say other waitrons can learn from her example.
