STRUGGLE TO GET ACCOUNT ACTIVATED!!!

MY PHONE WAS SUSPENDED. I DID EFT PAYMENT. I TRY TO EMAIL TO VIRGIN MOBILE WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS!! AND THAT IS EMAIL ADDRESSES I USED BEFORE.
SINCE YESTERDAY 15:22 I HAVE BEEN TRYING ALL THE TELEPHONE NUMBERS OFF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTS AND HEAD OFFICE - WITHOUT COMING THROUGH!!
I NEED THE ACCOUNT ACTIVATED ASAP
WHERE TO CAN I MAIL THE PROOF OF PAYMENT
