Virgin Mobile South Africa
Non cancelation of paid-up contract

I have THREE contracts with Virgin Mobile and due to possible budgetary constraints decided to pay up the amount due on my Tablet. When I contacted them on 23 December, I was informed by Earl Strydom of the amount that was due. I paid the amount into their bank account via an EFT payment and emailed the proof of payment. On the 12th of January I phoned to inquire about the amounts due on the other TWO contracts, to possibly pay it up as well. I was then informed that I still had THREE contracts as no proof op payment was received for the paid up contract. Dineo Mashigo then asked me to email the confirmation of payment to her, which I did. I phoned again on the 20th of January only to be told once AGAIN that the tablet contract had not been paid up as no proof of payment was received. Lungile Mavuso informed me that Dineo had not received the email, yet my email confirmation clearly indicated that the email was read. I was asked to YET AGAIN email the proof of payment, which I did. When I tried to phone later (10 times) I was put on hold for a total time of more than 2 hours. I have subsequently decided to cancel ALL my contracts with Virgin Mobile Virgin Mobile SA.
