More than 3 weeks no service

Beginning of May we gave notice on our Virgin mobile contact. They inform us that the last payment will be deducted on 1 July 2013. And the next day bought our simcards are blocked. After 3 weeks and hunderds of hands phoning from other network phones to them, they are still blocked and nobody can tell us why. Also try to upgrade the sim with money up to get it activated and they tell us it's approved and the sim is activated. Week later and still it's not activated. Why must we pay for something we can't use? We phone the head office time after time again. And the sales hotline and Menlyn branch. ( they told us that the can't do any thing, the head office must correct it). Please HELP. Cell nr's of contract is 0741168355 and 0741168372
