Virgin mobile dt order payment after cancelation

I cancelled my contract and my final payment would be 01May 2013. I port my number to vodacom. Now cellc and virgin mobile numbers can't get through to me. (Number does not exist. Strange that other networks get through.
On 01 June they took another payment on my cancelled account.
I can't get through to their client service and would like them to pay me back immediately.
