I upgraded my contract in December last year and within a week my 'new' BB 9900 handset started to give me problems where it would shut down & reboot when on a call. I took the phone back within a week and they said it must be my sim that is old and I need to do a sim swop which was done but the problem persisted and got worse. I have since taken the phone back twice and each time they tell me there is nothing wrong with the phone, I gues I must be hallucinating. The lady behind the counter told me to contact 808 if I wish to cancel my contract which I did and they informed that I have to pay an early cancellation fee even though it is not my fault I want the contract cancelled. I've been with Mtn since 2003 and their shocking service not only lives a bitter taste in my mouth but apalled at their shocking service, every time my phone goes in I have to wait for 2 weeks and not even a cent is credited onto my account yet they expect a full subscription payment at the end of the month. It is time to say goodbye Mtn I think.
