Robbed blind!

I moved over from a blackberry talk 100 contract to a Smart Standard 229 contract. So I moved from Blackberry to Samsung. I was under the impression the blackberry contract is cancelled and the new Samsung contract takes its place, but I have now seen the past couple of months the blackberry services were moved onto my Samsung contract. I've been paying monthly for things that should have been removed from taking out my new contract. How can I be charged for BIS if I don't have a blackberry? Why would I take another 200 SMS bundle on top of the 100 free SMS's I get a month? This is daylight! How many other people are you doing this with? Why was I not informed by the person in the Vodacom shop about cancelling services that should have been cancelled with taking out a new contract. Bunch of! I want to be reimbursed for this. Poor, pathetic service! Once again!
