An apology will not fix it

In 2011 I wanted to buy a car, was refused by most major banks because of a virgin mobile contract that was in arrears, after fighting with these intelligent people they sent me a letter apologizing and they will clear their records from itc. 2 years later I apply for a home loan and guess what you intelligent people again have me over. I have the letter from you guys from 2011 which you gave me as proof that you have fixed your mistake. Now I have missed out on my dream home because of you. An apology will not help, but legal action has to be taken
