Virgin Mobile listed my name with ITC in 2011 for payments they received but had their own internal problems with linking it to my account (074 181 7148).
I received letters of apology and promises that they'll have my details removed from the ITC.
I was so upset I settled the account and cancelled my contract.
Today my name is still in the red... and I can't buy property, finance a car or my business because they have still not fulfilled their promise!!!
Virgin Mobile is dishonest!!!
Their "" system doesn't work!!
And my life is a mysery now because of them... I'm contemplating taking them to court now because it's been almost 2 years!!
