My husband and I are trying to purchase a house, the home loan company call me now to say that my husband owes Virgin Mobile R149?
He closed his account more that 3 years ago!
2 years ago when he went to purchase his card, his credit was declined because of Virgin Mobile did not update their records!! This has happened AGAIN!
You guys needs to update your records, as we have to suffer for your inconsistent work!
we want proof of his CLOSED account ASAP, before we loose out on the house because of you!!!
