Good day

I went to do an upgrade on my contract on the 2nd of May 2013. I advised the guy at the dealer that I wanted the S3 on the Mychoice top up 350 and he advised that the phone is not available on that contract but only on the Anytime 350 and advised him that I will take it and then set up a bill limit.

Today I contacted your head office and was advised that you no longer have the bill limit facility available. This was a shock to me because I want to control my spending. I tol them I would like to change the contract to a Top up 350 as this has always been way for me to control my spending, but was advised I cannot as I already used the bundles and airtime and I need to go back to the branch to change the package.

I unfortunately will not be able to go the Constantia Kloof branch anytime this week as I am working in SANDTON until Friday. Please advise what my options are and how I can get this sorted urgently.
