Im so disapointed with cell c customer care. I reported an issue 2 weeks ago, regarding my i phone that had a freezing problems. booked it inn for repair twice, the third time they exchanged it for a new one. The same day they gave me a new one i noticed it had the same problem. And then i called the customer care wanting to get another brand that is not i phone & im continuing paying my contract as long as i change the brand, its like stock damaged i phones at the end of the day.when i call they say IME number does match their i phones, but they accept that its their phone, which doesnt make sense to me. So im still for the response and im still paying for a phone that im not using and its been two months now...
