When I applied for a bond I found out that I was black listed by Virgin Mobile SA. After spending over R1000.00 on attorney fees, Virgin Mobile sent me a letter of apology for their mistake - my account was not in arrears and should never have been listed. Their words: "The error is on our part and the client should not be penalized for it". HOWEVER! I have had to spend money on fixing this error, and honestly feel they should compensate me the legal fees. My emails to them requesting this have been totally ignored.
