2 MONTHS LATER... UNRESOLVED CASE CLOSED!!

The next morning following my compliant on hellopeter a Mr. Shcalk J Burger from 8ta cancellations responded to the manager in Newcastle to handle my case. That same day MM Dlamini from Newcastle called and apologised for the problem and said everything would be sorted out and I would be refunded. I was also in correspondence with Sheldon Dickson, a Team Leader @ 8ta call centre, since my visit to the newcastle store early in April. He promised that I would get my number back on prepaid on the 1st May. He now doesnt return my calls or responds to emails. Newcastle store phone rings and goes to voicemail. MM Dlamini cellfone is switched off. I now, two months later am told that my case is closed. I was even debited twice in the months of April for a contract that I cancelled on the 5th March. On Friday 3 May I spoke to an call centre agent in Durban who helped in some way by putting me through the credit vetting department to Geraldine Edward who promised in 7 days time I would get my number back. She also promised to get my refund back asap if I send her proof that i was double debited... Look at the no. of complaints against 8ta ..& I thought MTN was the worst service prov.
