8ta - illegal upgrade/ renewal

I wanted to upgrade my contract last year with 8ta & was told it can only be done in-store. So off i went to east gate mall & was made 2 wait the whole weekend only 2 be told the product was not available. After many days of waiting i was finally told that it was not available at 8ta but only at telkom stores. So I called Telkom - Newcastle & was assisted by the manager Futhi Mncube who handed me 2 a consultant M. Dlamini.
He was happy 2 process my application, while in the interim I heard of the launch of the Z10. I then asked him 2 cancel the upgrade as I would prefer to wait until its launch. I searched for a contract with all service providers & found that my current service provider 8ta didnt have the best deal. On the 5/03/13 i called in 4a cancellation & was told by consultant Phineas that it would take 7days. To my dismay after many calls[which im refusing to pay] & emails, I was told that the consultant in Newcastle activated an upgrade/ renewal on 28/03/13, which I didnt ask for. Iv been personally to the store last week wednesday & friday at my own cost, which is a 150km return trip. The manager said she will sort it out but up until now she hasnt returned my calls
