I have been without phone or data service from Telkom since April 20. I have logged fault by phone, SMS and oneline -- over a dozen times -- but all I have been given is a reference number. There has been no explanation for the fault, no time scale of time to repair it, not a word whatsoever.
When I ask the call centre to put me through to a superviser, they take down my number. No one ever calls. Sometimes they put the phone down on me. This includes accounts dept. I live in the Lonehill area - wonder if others are affected too.
I detest Telkom for their contemptuous treatment of me. I wish I had an alternative to them.
