Very Irate old ex-custome

We had problems with cell c since 2010...
We had letter of contract termination faxed from Newcastle Branch on 1'st of march 2010. Had proof of fax report.
We had to ask Newcastle branch to resend the letter. A sms of confirmation was sent to the cell c number.
On 1'st of august we received another account from cell c!!
Newcastle branch suggested that we email them a letter that they will forward on to head office. We got this reply: A Case has been logged to cancellations, case # 4526186.
On Monday 13 September 2010 we were threatened with legal actions to pay the outstanding amount of 208.59, for a terminate acc (that they kept billing even though phone was blocked). So phone was not even used for a few months, but billed.
We asked Newcastle to please sort it out. We felt that they needed to refund us for the unused months, because the mistake was not on our side.
On 16 November 2010 we got fed-up and paid the outstanding amount of 208.59 from our fnb account (via eft). After that they were quiet.
So the cherry on top...
Today we received a sms to say that we owe them 246.05. We have been handed over to Pholosa (011-3174308) for collection.
Needless to say, we are livid!!!
