Terribly Bad Attitiude and a hint of

I went into game store Newcastle with a card that is on my mums name but I have a card linked to the same account. I asked the manager Annelize Van Resnburg to call for authorisation as I have authorisation to use the card and call the credit provider or my mum. Thereafter she gave me the worst attitude I have ever had in a store in my life I could sense racis her tone of voice, she also d me that I will not be allowed back to the store after I had insisted on her calling and she didn't like my tone of voice. This is very disturbing to know as I have shopped in Game store Newcastle with excellent business for many years. She does not deserve to be a manager or even an employee of the store th such a terrible atttude. I admit that I should have carried my own card with my name but I didn't think it would be a problem as I was purchasing a small amount of airtime. I would like an apology from someone and be assured that I can continue shopping at Game newcastle or any Game for that matter!
